The EN ISO 9001:2015 certification (No.: 010160245) was issued by TÜV AUSTRIA HELLAS, part of TÜV AUSTRIA, a globally accredited company authorized to offer independent third-party registration/certification services.
This certification is a significant milestone in our continual efforts to improve and ensures top-notch quality in accordance with the highest international standards.
What is an ISO Certification and why is it important?
An ISO certification ensures that a company's products or services are of high quality in accordance with the highest international standards set by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
ISO is an international body that standardizes how businesses and organizations involved in various industries manage information and processes.
It gives world-class specifications for products, services and systems, to ensure quality, safety and efficiency.
ISO certifications are not easy to obtain. A company needs to invest time and effort to prepare policy manuals documenting all its processes and operating procedures in detail.
Then it has to choose an ISO certification agency, submit all this paperwork and undergo an audit, at which point the agency determines whether or not certifications will be granted.
The journey to achievement
Before presenting ourselves to the certification agency (TÜV AUSTRIA HELLAS,) hours of work and preparation were undertaken to prepare our policy manuals and document our procedures.
Finally, we underwent an audit and we got ISO 9001:2015 certified for the scope "Sales and Technical Support of Software Applications".
We're proud of this accomplishment, given that it's the second time that we get ISO certified.
To put it simply, this certification means that our sales and technical support are of high quality in accordance with international standards.
All in all, the ISO certification is not only a promise but also a proof of providing top-notch support to our customers. It's also an ongoing effort since similar audits will repeat once a year from now on.
